Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

At XELA, all sales are final.
 

No Refunds or Exchanges
 

  • Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged.

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.

  • Size changes are not permitted after order confirmation.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
 

In line with UAE consumer protection laws:

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos and order details must be provided for review.

  • Approved cases will be handled at XelaStyles’ discretion through replacement or store resolution (no cash refunds).

Failure to report issues within the stated timeframe will be considered acceptance of the delivered product.
