• All sales are final and we do not offer refunds once an order is placed.

• Refunds are only issued for defective or wrong items delivered.

• Exchanges are accepted within 2 days of delivery and only if the product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

• To avoid disputes: Encourage customers to record an unpacking video

  (from sealed package to product). Video must be clear & unedited.

• Color or size variations due to lighting or measurements are not eligible for return.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

• All approvals are subject to final quality check.

• Once shipped, delays caused by the courier or customer unavailability are beyond our control.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, and any re-delivery due to incorrect address or missed delivery will incur additional charges.

• Order Pick-Up: Available & FREE (location shared after order confirmation)

• COD Orders: Additional AED 10 charge applies
